Teachers as leaders. Teachers as learners.

CRLP professional learning programs leverage the expert knowledge and relevant experience of TK-12 classroom teachers to provide program participants with knowledgeable and skilled facilitators and mentors, dedicated to improving their own craft, building the skills of their colleagues, and developing TK-12 student learning and literacy.
CRLP Teacher Leaders provide coaching and mentorship, develop and share instructional resources informed by relevant scholarship, participate in local and statewide communities of practice, provide presentations at educational conferences and meetings, facilitate professional learning programs at local schools and districts, and inform and guide the work of regional CRLP sites.
Our team of CRLP Teacher Leaders include current TK-12 classroom teachers (English and Bilingual), literacy coaches and Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSAs), school and district administrators, and university faculty and staff.
